GARLIC SOUTH DIVISION - HOW IT CAME TO BE!

     In 2015, Dave attended Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV), with an expectation to do leatherwork. It expanded to growing garlic in Hampton, CT at a farm we leased, and in Alabama at a farm the partners all chipped in and purchased. We called them, "Garlic North Division" and "Garlic South Division". In 2016, we decided to let Garlic North go (financial issues) and just grow in Alabama, while keeping our 1500 feet of raised beds in Granby, CT remaining as our test facility where Ken, our Farm Manager, resides half the year.
